Profile Properties is professional, knowledgeable, and well-organized.  Volunteering for a strata council can be a challenging and time-consuming responsibility. Our strata switched to Profile about one year ago. Since then, we have noticed a significant change in response time for all tasks. For context, I have worked with many Property Management firms and not all our created equally. Recently, I have worked with at least 5 of Profile's team members directly and I am very impressed. I was astonished at how consistent the dedication to their clients shown across the bunch was! It's a shame that the vast majority of their clients who are happily-served, don't leave reviews, but I guess that's the nature of "reviewing" - most only do when they have perceived a problem they believe to be the fault of the vendor.
